I am a bowler from Randburg Bowls Club and have been a customer of Perfect Delivery since 2000 and something. The service I have received over the years has always been very good and well handled by your staff.
It has taken me longer that it should have to write this thank-you note, but as you know procrastination is the thief of time.
On 18 August, this year, my wife stopped at the MacDonalds in Oxford Road for a hamburger. She was filling in time between CGBA Technical Officials administration work and collecting our grandson from school. She was only in the shop for a few minutes and when she came out the car had been tampered with. The details of the tampering are not as important as the service we received from Mimmie Meyer, who I phoned for guidance.
She was a ball of fire in arranging for the car to be towed away to Renew-It in Randburg, around the corner from where I work.
While my wife and I could do with one car for a short while, this was not going to last. The car was eventually assessed during the week ending 28Th August, but would not be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. This presented a problem for us as we needed to go in separate directions, my wife to carry out CGBA Technical Officers duties, and myself to attend the BSA Annual General Meeting. I was then still a member of the BSA National Standing committee for Coaching.
Once Mimmie heard of this she once again came up trumps in arranging a hire car for the weekend. This saved either my wife or I from having to miss some of our pet duties.
Both my wife and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the friendly and thoroughly profession manner in which Mimmie handled the whole affair. We felt that someone really cares and knows how to boost the spirits of people in distress.
